These terms cover the website service Jackstand Web LLC ("Jackstand", "we") provides to you ("client", "you"). Plain language on purpose. Questions go to [email protected].
What's included
For $129 per month, you get:
- A five-page website, built and written for your business
- Hosting and the security certificate
- A contact form that emails leads to you
- Your Google reviews displayed on the site
- Mobile click-to-call
- Up to two content edits per month (see below)
There is no setup fee. Billing starts when your site goes live, not when work begins.
Edits
Two content edits per month are included — changes to text, photos, services, hours, phone number, or service area. Edits do not roll over to the next month. Larger work, such as adding pages or rebuilding the site, is quoted separately before we start.
Your domain
You own your domain name. If you do not have one, we can help you register it in your name, and it stays in your name. If you leave, the domain goes with you — we will point it wherever you ask.
The site code
Jackstand owns the website code, design, and templates for as long as you are subscribed. You are licensed to use the live site while your subscription is active. Your own content — your business name, text, photos, reviews, and customer information — belongs to you, and you can take it with you at any time.
Cancelling
Month-to-month, cancel any time with 30 days notice by emailing [email protected]. Service continues through the end of the period you have paid for, and the site comes down at the end of that period. We can cancel on the same 30 days notice.
Refunds
No refunds on partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your site stays up until the paid period ends.
What we need from you
We need your business details, photos, and a working phone number to build the site, and you are responsible for those being accurate and yours to use. We will not publish claims we cannot support, such as licenses or certifications you do not hold.
Uptime
We host on Cloudflare and expect the site to be up essentially all the time, but we do not promise a specific uptime percentage, and we are not liable for outages, lost leads, or lost business. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as fast as we can.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
